Maqui is a wild bush whose fruit is a small intense purple berry. It grows in the Patagonian forests of the Comarca Andina (Andean Shire), a land free of any type of pollution.

It’s been used from ancient times by the Mapuche people. It’s a sacred plant that represents good and peaceful intentions, that ornaments ceremonial Rewes as it’s considered an offer of gift from nature, and to which the Mapuche gave many traditional, medicinal and nutritional uses, both the berries and the leaves.

Among its most important properties are wound-healing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, in addition to its nutricional faculties.

METHOD OF USE


2 heaping teaspoons per day. Add to juices, syrups, fruit or vegetable shakes.
